Two-year-old Caylee Anthony was last seen in June 2008 and not reported missing for 31 days. Her remains were found in December 2008 in woods near her grandparents’ home. Her mother, Casey Anthony, was tried for first-degree murder in 2011 in a case where prosecutors sought the death penalty. The jury acquitted her of every charge relating to Caylee’s death.
