When QUA4U supports another organization or project, entries can identify the recipient, amount or material support, date and purpose.

Where practical, QUA4U can add what happened afterward so support is connected to a visible result rather than disappearing into a total.
Funding principles
- Support must advance a QUA4U mission purpose.
- Conflicts of interest should be disclosed and handled separately.
- Financial support does not buy editorial influence or favorable coverage.
- QUA4U retains discretion over contributed funds so it can respond to changing needs within the selected purpose.
