How it works
QUA4U is a public case record. A case gathers what is known, what remains disputed, who is connected to it, what evidence supports each entry, and what happened afterward.
1. Open or find a case
Start a new case with a clear title, or add material to an existing record.
2. Add evidence and timeline entries
Each submission should identify what happened, where and when, and include supporting material. Accepted submissions appear as separate entries so later readers can follow the record chronologically and inspect the evidence behind it.
3. Identify the people and organizations involved
A case can list multiple related people, agencies, companies, courts, advocates and other organizations together with their roles.
4. Review before publication
Public submissions, corrections and additions are vetted before they become part of the published record. Wording should reflect what the source establishes and distinguish allegations from established facts.
5. Keep responses and outcomes attached
Authorities, defendants, organizations and other named parties can submit responses. Later developments, corrections and outcomes remain attached to the same case rather than replacing its history.
