Prakash Patel

I identify Prakash Patel as the Facebook Marketplace buyer in this transaction. He contacted me about a brand-new electric hedge trimmer, collected it in person and paid me through Venmo using a Friends & Family transfer. The next day I was notified that the transfer had already been reversed after the sender disputed it through his bank as unrecognized; I was not given an opportunity to reply or submit evidence before the reversal. I contacted him through Messenger, sent screenshots of the reversal and asked him to resend the payment. He then blocked the Facebook account I had used for the transaction, while the same profile remained visible from another account. I reported the account to Facebook and received no response; when I last checked, the account remained available and was not flagged or removed.
