This board is built by one person and it will only work if it isn’t. If you research cases, file records requests, follow trials, translate court documents, or just refuse to let a question close quietly, there is a place for you here.

What we ask of every partner is the same thing we ask of every claim: keep it factual. Dates, places, documents, sources. What happened, who said it, what was decided. No guesses and no motives read into people. Names may be included when the identity and factual claim are verifiably supported by the submitted evidence. That discipline is the whole reason this site can say things that comment threads can’t.
