Venmo was the payment platform used for the Friends & Family transfer in this transaction. After the transfer was reversed through the sender’s bank, I contacted Venmo and was told that it could not undo the bank dispute or disclose additional bank or sender information to me.

Facebook Marketplace
Facebook Marketplace was the platform through which the buyer contacted me about the hedge trimmer and arranged the in-person pickup. I later used Facebook Messenger to contact him after the payment reversal and reported the account to Facebook.
